When we arrived nobody was answering a drive-thru intercom. We pulled up and a lady told us that they're already way past their shift and the next shift employee is 20 minutes late so far. She still turned around (she was ready to leave), and made me very delicious iced coffee. zero stars for the sloppy guy, 5 stars for the nice girl. I wish I caught her name, it would be good to let the management know.

Came here Sunday 7/5 at 7:30am the open sign is in hours say 5am-10pm. Sat at the drive thru for 5 mins no one was there. Drove around saw that despite the open sign being on the lights were dim and chairs up. Did the close for good?

Dunkin Donuts iced coffee and even regular coffee is consistently the best, hands down. America truly does run on Dunkin, and for good reasons. I go here every morning and love it despite it being occasionally slow in the drive thru line. The staff is typically very friendly and I've never had a single issue getting an order corrected if they botch something up on their end. The only issue I ever really seem to have is I like to order a bagel on occasion for breakfast, and when I do I get it toasted with the cream cheese on THE SIDE. Key part: on the side. Not on it, not missing from the bag, but in the little to-go cup with the foil lid so I can apply when I get to work very sparingly :) Somehow, this seems to cause issues every now and then. I never complain and return it, just drive to work annoyed...and then return the next morning for my coffee as usual. My favorite part? Since this DD shares the same building as a Baskin Robbins, I can get a coffee when my daughter wants an ice cream treat :)

I go there like everyday, order the same exact thing and they still mess up my order. I've overpaid multiple times, and I always receive the wrong items. This week they have messed my order up 7 out of 7 times, and I'm too fed up to ask them to fix it. The workers are extremely slow, I've waited 10 minutes for a coffee.

The staff here is so friendly. My coffee is always made right and they always seem to have a good supply of nutty donuts.

I love Dunkin donuts lattes! I tend to stop and get one before I go to work. Well on Halloween I went through the drive thru and ordered a medium pumpkin latte. I pay, drive the 2 minutes to work (letting the drink cool so I didn't even bother to take a sip) I'm walking into work and thinking to myself this feels really light. I open the lid to see that there is just under half of my cup filled. I'm livid. It must have been all foam when they filled it and settled down to nothing. Severely upset that I spent my money here to get barely even enough to fill a small cup. Let's just say it will be a while before I return. Very disappointed because I love Dunkin Donuts and this one is so close to my home and on my way to work! :(

There are a few times in life where, during an excursion to a local eatery, everything just goes right. The service is fast, the food is unbelievably prepared, and everyone lounges in bliss for the entirety of their experience. This was not one of those times. Being new to Yelp and the restaurant scene in Royal Oak, we exhaustively read review after review for what seemed like an eternity before we settled on a restaurant for lunch yesterday-this Dunkin Donuts location. Thanks to some other reviewers(Brandon(I hope they get the cream cheese on the side issue figured out)), we KNEW not to even attempt to venture through the drive through. Not today. Not on our first visit to a potential new hot spot. So I pulled in the parking lot and, to my dismay, it appeared parking wasn't going to be as easy I had anticipated. Apparently there have been some..issues.. with people backing into spots. As I prepared to back into a spot, one of my cohorts exclaimed "NO!! It says head only parking!! DONT BACK IN!!!!!!!" So I didn't. I took a minute and entered the spot in what will most likely be the most complicated parking procedure of my life. "Onward" we said as we entered. We opened the door and were greeted with the most sensual aroma of freshly fried dough mixed with bold coffee notes. There were maybe 5 people in front of us in line(we had a group of 5) and I figured it would be a little bit of a wait. This gave us some time to formulate orders. I decided to opt with a #4. A sausage egg and cheese croissant sandwich with an iced coffee and hash browns. Easy enough. My favorite breakfast, in fact. What could go wrong. Well, I spoke to soon. Everything soon began going wrong. After 10 minutes standing in line, we hadn't moved. My will was being tested. The drive through just staring at me. Mocking me. I crumbled. I opened the cooler door and grabbed a Vitamin Water. I cracked it and took a sip. Even though I had not yet reached the register. My nerves were through the roof. While we treaded in this 9 person deep line, I heard the employee at the front tell a customer that they were short handed. I'm not sure what that meant, as both employees seemed to have both hands, but I concluded one probably had a forearm a couple inches shorter than the other one. Like in that movie Happy Gilmore when Shooter McGavin tells That lady that's in Modern Family now(Julie Bowen I think??) that his right arm is just a bit shorter(longer??) than his left. I was pretty sure that's what was happening here. The next customer prepared to depart the store after an eternity at the register. She hit the back cooler, and with a slightly concerned face, yelled to the front "IM GONNA GRAB TWO ORANGE JUICES. YOU ARE OUT OF CHOCOLATE MILK" Editors Note: I can not confirm nor deny the volume of the request. But chocolate milk for breakfast? "Oh no mam we have some in the back," a rather helpful cashier said to everyone in lines dismay. After a couple minutes she came out with the aforementioned chocolate milks. "Have you ever gone to Cedar Point?" 'Yep' "We could've waited in line for a ride there by now." I nodded. Finally, after an 29 minutes, a third employee(Dakota) arrives as my group hits the front. What happened next is something I've thought about for 24 hours. Our first group member walked up and ordered, among other things, a Boston Cream filled donut. Panic. Confusion. Dakota was scrambling. "We're out, I think" "Isn't that one on the rack?" Saved. Up next was a second member of our group. "I'll have a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant please." "we are out of croissants. How bout a bagel?" "I suppose that'll do," he replied. As the rest of my group had ordered, it was my turn to speak. I went with the bagel instead of the croissant(a move I'll regret for as long as I live). I added an iced coffee, and the wonderful girl at the cashier, who was doing everything she could to keep up, informed me that really an iced coffee with a shot of vanilla(as I had ordered) needed cream and sugar. After disclosing this was my first ever iced coffee purchase, she winked, smiled, and said "Don't worry sexy, I'll hook it up" I could feel my face getting red, but happily paid and joined my group at a table as I waited for my food. "I've had the croissant here before, and this bagel, compared to that, is basically throw up." I was informed by someone who had already received the bagel. Ugh. I waited. During this wait we talked about this magically red drink he had called a "Coolata." I wonder if a small one is called a Coolittle. Anyways, they were out of Apple Fritters, which we determined was our fault for not calling ahead for a reservation. You can't show up at 12 & expect there to be apple fritters left. There was also a bit of a scare when I though they had shorted me a hash brown, but (stupid me) there were two sticking together LOL!! Overall, some room for improvement. Im out of characters so this is ov
